Your statutory rights are not affected by our customers friendly Returns Policy. If Any provisions in our Return Policy conflicts with your statutory rights, your statutory rights will prevail. Moreover the particular offending provision in the Returns Policy will be deemed inapplicable.

Returns (refunds and exchanges)

If you are unhappy with your item, please do let us know. Our Returns Policy gives you Seven days to return back or exchange an item bought online with a valid payment receipt. If Seven days have gone by since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, Goods must be returned in a resalable condition.

Means your item must be unused and should be in the same condition as it was at the time you received it. The item must contain the original packaging and returned with any accessories, labels and “free gifts” or bonus items.

To further complete your refund or exchange process, we require a original payment receipt or any other proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturers.
